Three working contracts: the retainer, the guarantee, and the commission programme. We've written them the way we'd want them written for ourselves — short, specific, and exitable.
Sales Pipe delivers four jobs across the Client's sales funnel: capture (every enquiry logged across every channel), qualify (separating real customers from noise), follow-up (every quote tracked through to win or loss), and reporting (monthly leak reports naming where the funnel breaks). We sit beside the Client's existing team. We do not replace staff.
If our diagnostic does not surface at least RM 10,000 of recoverable revenue in your first month, we refund the first month's retainer in full. The recoverable revenue figure is calculated using our standard leak-audit methodology and shared with you in writing during onboarding.
The guarantee applies once, in the first month only. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the second month's billing date. Refunds are processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
You can cancel the Service at any time, in a single WhatsApp message to Omair on +60 12 345 6789. There is no notice period and no exit fee.
On cancellation, we hand back: every script we wrote for your team, every workflow we built, every dashboard view we configured, and the full leak-report history. You own the operational playbook regardless of how the engagement ends.
Your customer data is yours. It lives in your WhatsApp Business account and your existing tools throughout the engagement. We do not export, copy, or retain customer data after the engagement ends. Audit-ready logs of our access are available on request at any time.
Anything you share with us — pricing, scripts, customer lists, sales data, internal frustrations — stays confidential. We do not name clients publicly without written permission. Anonymised metrics may be used in case studies; specific identifying details are not.
Sales Pipe is liable up to the value of three months of paid retainer for any single claim, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct. We are not liable for losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control — including but not limited to platform outages (WhatsApp, GoHighLevel, Stripe), changes in third-party policies, or actions taken by your own team that contradict our recommendations.
If you refer a Client to Sales Pipe using a tracked link from quikcue.com/r/{your-name}, you earn a commission on every retainer payment that Client makes for the duration of their engagement.
The programme has no quotas, no minimums, no expiry, and no tiers. There is no application process — you become a Salesperson the moment Omair generates your link.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by direct conversation between the parties will be referred to mediation in Kuala Lumpur before any other proceedings are commenced.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is always current. Active Clients are notified of material changes by WhatsApp at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
