We collect what we need to deliver the audit and the service. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone outside the operators we use to run the business. PDPA-compliant by design.
When you run the leak audit, we collect what you give us — your name, WhatsApp number, business name, industry, and the inputs you provide about your funnel (lead volume, ad spend, deal value, reply time, follow-up discipline, channels). When you book a call, we collect the booking details and any context you choose to share.
We also collect technical data automatically when you visit any Sales Pipe page: device and browser information, IP address (used for rate-limiting and abuse prevention), referring URL, and UTM parameters from incoming links so we can attribute traffic to the right source.
We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not sell or rent your data. We do not share your data with advertisers.
Your data is stored in our CRM (GoHighLevel), which holds the audit submissions, the conversation history, and the pipeline status. Payment data is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers in raw form. Booked calls run on Zoom or Google Meet; recordings, if made, are kept only with your explicit consent and deleted within 90 days unless you ask us to retain them.

The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) gives you the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or request that we delete it. You also have the right to withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.

We use first-party cookies to remember your scroll position, attribute incoming UTM parameters, and track referral links for the commission programme. We do not use third-party tracking cookies on the landing page.
The audit-results page uses sessionStorage to hold your audit data so the page works even if you reload. Nothing is sent to external trackers from that storage.
You can clear all Sales Pipe cookies and storage by visiting your browser settings — none of the cookies are required for the site to work.
If you give us your WhatsApp number through the audit, we use it to deliver your audit, the booking confirmation, the pre-call reminders, and (if you book and don't proceed) the eight-week leak-letter sequence. Each sequence message includes an unsubscribe trigger — reply STOP and we remove you from all future broadcasts within 24 hours.
We retain audit submissions and pipeline data for as long as you remain an active client, plus 24 months for commercial reference. If you ask us to delete your data, we do — within 14 days — except for records we are legally required to retain (mostly tax and accounting documents, kept for 7 years per Malaysian regulations).
Some of our processors (GoHighLevel, Stripe, Meta, Google, Cloudflare) operate servers outside Malaysia. By using Sales Pipe, you consent to your data being processed in those jurisdictions, subject to the protections offered by each provider's PDPA and equivalent compliance frameworks.
Sales Pipe is for businesses, not individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If we change this policy in any material way, we'll post the update on this page and message active clients on WhatsApp. The "last updated" date below is always current.
