We never see passwords

Access is granted through Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager Account, and the WhatsApp Business API — each platform's official partner-access flow. Your credentials never leave your hands.

Read-only permissions

The access scope is read-only on every platform. We cannot make changes, run campaigns, send messages, or modify settings. Even if we wanted to, the scope doesn't allow it.

Customer PII is masked

WhatsApp message bodies are processed for pattern analysis, not for content review. Phone numbers, names, and identifying details are masked or anonymised in the deliverable. PDPA-compliant by default.

Two-click revocation

The moment we hang up the call, you can remove our access in two clicks per platform. We send you the exact links and steps as part of the deliverable. No friction. No "exit fee".

Nothing leaves the call

The data we pull during the audit is processed live and not retained on our servers. The only artefact we keep is the anonymised deliverable PDF. Raw data deleted within 24 hours unless you specifically ask us to retain it for a follow-up engagement.

Why is this free? What's the catch?
No catch. The deep audit closes one in three businesses we run it on, and the ones that don't sign still tend to refer us to other operators. The hour is genuinely free — and the deliverable is yours regardless of what you decide. We get something out of doing it: a fast read of your business, a chance to demonstrate what we'd actually do as a retainer, and a high-trust first impression. You get a complete leak report in your hand. Both sides win.
Can my IT team or business partner sit in on the call?
Yes, please. The deep audit works best with multiple stakeholders in the room — owner, ops manager, sometimes the head salesperson, sometimes the IT lead. The hour can stretch slightly to accommodate questions; we don't watch the clock.
What if I don't have all three accounts (Meta, Google, WhatsApp)?
We work with what you have. If you only run Meta + WhatsApp, we audit those. If you only run WhatsApp Business and have no paid ads, we audit the WhatsApp side and look at organic acquisition patterns instead. The methodology adapts. The hour stays the same.
I use TikTok Ads / LinkedIn Ads / something else. Will it work?
Usually yes. WhatsApp on the message-handling side and Google or Meta on the ad-spend side are the most common combinations, but TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and most other paid platforms have similar partner-access patterns. Message Omair before booking with the list of platforms you use; if there's anything we can't connect to, we'll tell you upfront.
What if my business is small / new / doesn't have much data yet?
Honest answer — if you've been running ads for less than 60 days or your monthly ad spend is under RM 5,000, the deep audit may surface less than what justifies the hour. We'll usually steer you to the self-serve audit at quikcue.com/audit instead. When you've grown into the deep audit, message us back.
What happens to my data after the call?
We retain only the anonymised deliverable PDF and the Loom walkthrough — both of which we send you within 24 hours and then keep on file as a reference for any follow-up engagement. The raw data we pulled during the audit is deleted within 24 hours of the call unless you specifically ask us to keep it. PDPA-compliant retention by default.
How is this different from what my agency does?
Most agencies report on the platforms they actually run for you. We look across platforms, including the messages and conversations they don't see — which is where most of the leak is. The deep audit is also dispassionate: we have no interest in keeping a campaign live that isn't working, because we're not paid by ad spend. The data tells you what it tells you.
Is there a sales pitch on the call?
Honestly, no scripted pitch. We do say at the end whether the data justifies our retainer or not. If it doesn't, we say so plainly. If it does, we explain the engagement shape and you decide. There's no follow-up sequence after the call unless you ask for one.
